Advertising – We will advertise your rental property not only on our award winning website but also on a range of well established, highly popular property portals including Zoopla, Rightmove, Gumtree, PrimeLocation and FindaProperty. Your property will go live on-site within 12 hours of us receiving the details and will remain there for 90 days or until the property has been let out.

Tenants - We will inform you of all interest in your rental property secure your chosen tenant and carry out comprehensive tenant referencing which will include:
•A full, 6 year credit check
•Verification of employment and income
•Obtaining an employer’s reference
•Obtaining a previous landlord’s reference
The £75 charge for the referencing service is payable by the tenant
The Tenancy Agreement – Our legal team here at LettingaProperty.com will draft a fully legal Tenancy Agreement for your property, compliant with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and the Localism Act.
