Charles Parsons Interiors Launched Stock Checker Apps for Android and Apple Platforms

June 6, 2012 - PRLog -- General Manager – Sean McElroy, says “Over half the calls we receive on our customer service free call numbers are from people checking whether we have stock. We recently published this information live on our website but we were still receiving a lot of calls. We asked customers why they didn’t use the website and many responded that they were out of the office so we immediately looked for a mobile solution."

The apps were soft launched two months ago to allow time to resolve bugs and they are now ready for use by CP Interiors trade customers. They also expect use by the public but they are a wholesaler and so have developed them with an eye on the trade user.

This focus has allowed us to keep the apps very simple and fast and primarily designed for use by expert users who have a fabric sample already on hand. Most use is likely to be by retailers sales reps either in home during a drapery consultation or on the floor in furniture showrooms when the customer is choosing custom upholstery.

Customers can find and download these apps by searching the Apple app store or Google Play for CP Interiors.
