UHY LLP Sponsors Winning Futures’ “RARE Everyday Hero Scholarship Program”

June 6, 2012 - PRLog -- UHY LLP, a national CPA firm with offices in Sterling Heights and Farmington Hills, was one of the several local companies to sponsor Winning Futures, a Non-Profit Organization, at their Opening Day Party at the Gem Theater in downtown Detroit.  The event was held on April 5, 2012 and had 600 people in attendance to support Winning Futures goal to provide life skills workshops and mentoring programs for middle and high school students.  The event and silent auction were successful, raising more than $52,000 for the organization’s "RARE Everyday Hero Scholarship Program."

UHY LLP is a proud supporter of Winning Futures.  Tony Frabotta, co-CEO of UHY Advisors, Inc. and Debi Ritter, Director of Human Resources, previously served on the board. “We are honored to work with Winning Futures,” said Frabotta.  “The organization has helped many deserving children throughout the years.  By educating and mentoring our youth, and giving them a chance to succeed, we can help mold them into our future leaders.”
