New Service will Transform the Philippine Real Estate Market.

Marcus Shirley a successful and award winning Real Estate Broker in Georgia and the owner and operator of Bottom Line Home Realty Services of Metro Atlanta, Georgia, along with George B. Flessas of Milwaukee, Wisconsin who sold his real estate firm and moved to Cebu City in the Philippines has developed the Dataflo MLS system in the Philippines.

“There is a robust real estate market and industry in the Philippines with 20,000 real estate agents and 90 million people” said Shirley, President and CEO “we see an opportunity to improve the infrastructure so that the market can take advantage of the access enjoyed by the states technically and financial.

Dataflo MLS is a national multiple listing system that enables licensed real estate brokers the ability to share their real estate listings in their local region, nationally and internationally. The system offers a wide range of valuable services to it's members such as legal agreements, (both broker-to- broker and broker-to- client), educational aspects related to real estate profession facets, statistical information and an organized method of calculating and reporting data regarding closed real estate transactions for the purpose of appraisal and market.
