Flessas of Milwaukee, Wisconsin who sold his real estate firm and moved to Cebu City in the Philippines has developed the Dataflo MLS system in the Philippines.

Dataflo MLS is a national multiple listing system that enables licensed real estate brokers the ability to share their real estate listings in their local region, nationally and internationally. The system offers a wide range of valuable services to it's members such as legal agreements, (both broker-to- broker and broker-to- client), educational aspects related to real estate profession facets, statistical information and an organized method of calculating and reporting data regarding closed real estate transactions for the purpose of appraisal and market.

The Dataflo MLS is scheduled to launch August 2012. It currently includes a membership of over 6,000 local brokers and fewer than 1,000 international brokers.
