PRLog (Press Release)

It became apparent to me that Eric Spoelstra was a weakling when I first watched him during an interview when LeBron James joined the Miami Heat back in 2010. Even after losing, he wears a force-full smirk and I cringe every time because he never says what is true of the moment. Everything that comes out of his mouth is bologna. He speaks like a man who is broke and has a wife that left him years ago and acts like a politician trying to get re-elected, but he needs to realize that he is a head coach of one of the best teams in basketball. Here lies the truth, Spoelstra has an introverted personality and that might be ok for an assistant coach or a towel boy but not for a head coach. LeBron James grew up without a father and needs a father figure to coach him. Spoelstra may be a grown man but he gives off the insecurity of a 16 year old.
Are people aware that Spoelstra is Pilipino-American and not Spanish-American?
The Pilipino people have a history of allowing themselves to be persecuted and belittled by others. Spoelstra has a hard time dodging questions from reporters and even gets exploited by Dwayne Wade’s confrontation on the sideline that made Spoelstra look like Tailor Maid from I Love New York 2. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4gWIJCt3p8s
) . The Miami Heat players have no respect for him and therefore they have no one to make proud. On the other hand there is Doc Rivers. He is a Captain on a high horse and when he tells his soldiers to storm into battle with one flick of the sword, they storm! The Celtic’s players want to make him proud as if he were their father. He has total control and demands “togetherness”
which far exceeds Hollywood showboating talent. When ESPN goes in to hear Spoelstra speak during a timeout it is the most unemotional discouraging-
bullshitting piece of junk I have ever heard. Spoelstra needs to go back into the cornfields of the assistant coaches and stay there. He is not a leader and it’s not his fault, he just happened to be born that way, and when he is put into a leaders position he becomes a dweeb. If he were to be a nerdy coach with brilliant plays I would give him a pass but he got brutally out-coached during the 2011 Finals and also in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Miami Heat should hire Donald Trump and have a LeBron “Decision”
type show just to fire this guy. There is no one in this world I would rather hear “you’re fired” to than Spoelstra.http://rentalleaseagreement.comPhoto:
