Fondation Farha is Quebec's Leading AIDS fundraising organization, committed to helping men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS. The events organized by the Farha Foundation – most notably the AIDS Walk, ÇA MARCHE – also serve to sensitize the population to the AIDS epidemic.
"We are very pleased with the support Yingo is offering us in this 20th edition of the CA MARCHE! AIDS walk. Their support will contribute to our efforts to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, and will help spread the word on prevention, the best means available to reduce the propagation of this disease. We are thankful for their support. Looking back on twenty years of existence, we have witnessed a number of positive changes, but the fight is far from over!," explains Mme. Nancy Farha, executive director of the Farha foundation.
''We would like to thank fondation Farha as well as our previous charity partners, Heart & Stroke foundation and Diabète Québec, for believing in us throughout the early stages of our operation. We would also like to thank our partner merchants, for having given us the opportunity to sell their products and services in order to promote health and prosperous living in the Montreal community. We would like to thank our April and May partners, who helped raise funds for the Heart & Stroke foundation and Diabète Québec,'' declared Mme. Natalie Rivière, director of Yingo.
