Joining the Global Network Division are travel industry veterans Melissa Fernelius as Director of Global Agency Relations and Tara Hyland as Director of Global Supplier Relations both will be reporting to Peter E Pincus, President of CCRA’s Global Network Division.

Joining the CCRA’s Global Distribution Network: CCRA welcomes the following six new CCRA Global Network Distributors:
in Singapore – also representing Malyasia and the Philippines, and e-Business Travel in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands – also representing Belgium and Luxembourg. Established in December 2010, CCRA’s Global Distribution Network has signed agreements with 15 Global Network distributors, representing over 14,000 agencies in 28 countries to date.
Joining the CCRA Global Network Division Staff: Melissa Fernelius brings extensive experience in developing relationships between travel agencies and technology providers to her new position at CCRA, where she will be responsible for developing CCRA’s newly formed, Global Agency Relations department. With more than 20 years’ in the travel industry, Fernelius began her career as a travel agent, and has held several prominent management and sales leadership positions with leading companies including AAA New Mexico, Galileo, Cendant, and US Airways.
Tara Hyland brings over 25 years of success in many facets of the retail travel industry to CCRA’s Global Network Division. As Director of Global Supplier Relations, Hyland will be responsible for directing CCRA’s enhanced supplier relations department and will oversee the company’s growing network of supplier relationships worldwide. Prior to joining CCRA, Hyland served in various management positions with industry leading travel companies including serving as Director of Marketing for CWT Vacations, Navigant Vacations, and World Wide Travel Service.
