LOUIS -- St. Louis, Missouri...The Lighthouse for the Blind-Saint Louis, a not-for-profit manufacturing and packaging organization with a dedicated social service mission, is pleased to announce that John Caine, a veteran industrial sales manager experienced in manufacturing industries for plastics, biotech, electronics, pharmaceuticals, government and other business markets, has joined the Lighthouse as New Business Development Manager.

Mr. Caine’s responsibilities include customer relationship management, sales management support, new product development support, plus additional customer-directed initiatives.
Mr. Caine has worked successfully in the industrial sales industry for more than 15 years, most recently in plastic injection molding industries involving the development of highly complex parts for customers, FDA certifications and in clean room applications.
Mr. Caine grew up in Clayton, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. He earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola University and an M.B.A. from Tulane University. He and his wife live in metro St. Louis with their 18-month-old daughter.

Also known as LHB Industries, Lighthouse for the Blind-Saint Louis is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that helps adults and children who are visually impaired maintain dignity and independence by offering Employment, Education and Support Services.
The Lighthouse currently employs nearly 70 people who are legally blind at its plants in the cities of Berkeley and Overland in St. Louis County.
