The Hamptons at Umstead Announces New Builder Team has been Selected
Construction of Homes beginning Spring 2012

(Raleigh, NC) – – Debbie Houston, President of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services (www.hpwnewhomes.com), has announced the builder team has been selected for The Hamptons at Umstead. The builder team will consist of Amward Homes, Future Homes by Jim Thompson, Gray Line Builders, Homes by Dickerson, JordanBuilt Homes, Legacy Custom Homes, Terramor Homes, and Wardson Construction. A lot draw was held on February 14th in which each builder selected two lots to begin construction. The builder team will begin construction of over 10 speculative homes beginning Spring 2012. A grand opening of these homes is scheduled in the Fall prior to the 2012 Parade of Homes tour.
