Mango is perhaps the only fruit, which can alone be used in varied ways, not just for desserts but also in starters, entrees, main course and desserts! At Flurys, begin your indulgence with Mango and Melon Gazpacho (sour cream, garlic toast), King Caeser (salad amalgamated with fresh mangoes, with or without bacon). For a little heavier meal, excuse yourself from your calorie-free diet and dig into the sinful Grilled mango habanera chicken (stuffed with mango butter and served with raw mango tossed potatoes) or Curry flavoured sea bass and mango skewers served with baby potatoes and sautéed green beans. Round off the mango meal sweetly either with the mango and butterscotch smoothie or with the gooey fresh mango whoopee.
