Appitechture Announces iOS App for Kennesaw United Methodist Church

The app was completely built using Appitechture's web-based mobile development platform, and required no coding to be completed by the church. In addition, the content of the app is all managed through Appitechture's easy to use system.

The app itself allows the user to get real-time directions to the church's location, call or email the church directly from the app, sync the device calendar with the church's calendar or with single events on the church's calendar, follow the church's blog and podcast feeds, contact key staff members at the church via email of phone call, view photos from recent events at the church, submit prayer requests to the church, and receive notifications when new content is added to the app.

Kennesaw United Methodist Church was founded in 1877 and is located in Kennesaw, GA. Led by Senior Pastor Dr. Wallace Wheeles and Associate Pastor Emily Case, KUMC holds four regular weekend services, and has a number of small groups that are very active throughout the week.
