Rockford Capital Partners is pleased to announce two recent acquisitions in the Wilmington, Delaware market. The first transaction, completed in late 2011, included a vacant, bank-owned, 5,800 square foot Class “A” office building and 66-space commercial parking lot located at 1314 King St. The office was most recently occupied by a trust company and is available for immediate lease or purchase. The second transaction, a 45,000 square foot Class “A” office building located at 5301 Limestone Rd, is 90% leased to a strong mix of medical and professional tenants.
