 North Carolina Marketing Solutions welcomes a new addition to the management team. Last week, Alessandra Del Sesto was promoted to the assistant manager position within the company.
  Alessandra has been with the company for less than two years when she received the promotion. She had started out with the company in Connecticut but due to the demand and growth from the major client, she made the move to Raleigh, North Carolina to help the opening of a new branch.
   Del Sesto was instrumental in the training and development of over 15 representatives within the company. She brings with her nearly two years of experience, and multiple weekly as well as monthly recognition due to her overwhelming amount of sales and client satisfaction awarded from the company's main client.

North Carolina Marketing Solutions is an independent marketing firm located in Raleigh. The company specializes in direct marketing where the representatives meet with the clients face to face to rapidly build rapport with the clients. Expanded into the southeast market early in 2011, the company has goals to reach 8 more offices by the end of 2012.
