Jerry and Elvira Gencarelli have been preparing authentic, homemade Italian food since they opened Franks more than 20 years ago. Using fresh, hand-picked ingredients, they approach each meal as if they're cooking for you in their home kitchen.

Franks is moderately priced and tends to be busy at lunch and dinner hours.They offer a number of specials, including free meals for kids on Wednesdays with the purchase of an adult entrée.

And yes, the pizza is incredibly popular and very good, with a variety of toppings that make it well worth the trip.
