About: Pastor Arthur L. Mackey Jr. - ARTHUR L.MACKEY, JR., is the senior pastor of the historic Mount Sinai Baptist Church Cathedral in Roosevelt, New York, and owner of I Support Roosevelt Youth Center and the upcoming Mother Barbie Lee Scott Senior Housing and Mount Sinai Workforce Housing. He is also president of Vision of Victory Ministries and Arthur Mackey Ministries.
He is also a community research assistant in the Office of Communications and Public Affairs for the Town of Hempstead; America's largest township. Pastor Mackey is a noted Christian author having published such books as Biblical Principles of Success , Walking Through the Doorways of Destiny, Inner Healing for Men, Inner Healing for Women, Real Revival, and Revival in the Valley of Dry Bones, etc. Pastor Mackey has ministered throughout America, Europe, and Africa.
The 100 Black Men of Long Island, Inc. along with the “I Support Roosevelt Youth Center” will host ths special revival at 7:30 pm, Friday, June 8, 2012. The 2012 Youth Empowerment Revival is unlike any other revival, as this event’s goal is to facilitate arming our youth with the key ingredients to make a difference in society. This is a free event and is planned as a fun event for youth, and will feature poets, youth choirs, praise and worship, food, health testing and information and positive fellowship.
Additionally, the youth will receive phenomenal motivational coaching from some of the area’s leading professionals. As an added huge benefit, this event will help set up mentoring opportunities from some of the most esteemed successful male role models of the100 Black Men of Long Island, Inc.
