Before Development Begins….

Consultation — The first thing we need to do is to get together to determine your needs and goals. We can do this in person, over the phone, or over the Internet using Fuze Meeting. Consultations typically last one to two hours depending on how much you want out of your website. We encourage you to invite anyone in your business to attend that you feel may have good input in the process. It's helpful if you and your staff brainstorm before the consultation. You probably already have things that you know you want from the website. However, try to also think of things that frustrate you in your business. We're not saying that a website can solve all your business problems but we can't try unless we know about them.
Proposal — We provide you with a quotation based on the information from our consultation.

Website Development....

Web Hosting — We set up your web hosting account, email accounts, spam filters, web statistics, etc. according to your needs and preferences. We have had an excellent experience using Network Solutions, however you are free to use any hosting comapny of your choice.
Content — Once you approve a design, we start adding copy and pictures for the home page, about us page , contact us forms, page for frequently asked questions (FAQs), and other web pages designed just for your website. We make every effort to ensure that your website is very search engine friendly. Wile this is not an all out SEO effort, it will allow for better visibility on the net.

Directories, Search Engine Submittal and Optional Features....

Search Engine Submittal — When your website is complete, we submit your website to the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo Search, and Bing. They will index your website and your web pages will start showing up in their search results over time. Yahoo and Bing are fairly quick — Google can take 3–6 months, especially if your domain is new, but it varies. We also submit your site to all the lower level search engines as well. Although most people are just going to use Google to do their searches, by being submitted to all the lower level engines help in your overall web presence.
Directory Submissions — We submit your website to the free Internet directories like DMOZ, Alexa, Jayde, and many others so that you have some initial links giving you some 'link popularity'. We also recommend Yahoo if you opt to pay their annual fee for business website inclusion.
