It’s no accident that these new projects were awarded to ITEK right after the company finished its Annapolis Mall interior renovation job last year in record time: 8 days! In a world in which time is literally money, ITEK knows exactly how to deliver projects quickly and do it better than anyone else.

The first new project ITEK tackled was rebuilding the Panda Express restaurant in Hyattsville, Maryland. The assignment was completed and delivered right before the end of last year in spite of the winter conditions.

“We’ve met the construction timetable of Panda Express by mobilizing all our resources,” said ITEK’s energetic President Ozzie Yazgan. “We worked around the clock to finish this project on time,” he added.

The second new project this year is the renovation of selected buildings on the George Mason University (GMU) campus. “This is a very tough assignment for various reasons but we’re up to it and we’ll deliver it on schedule and on budget, as usual,” said Mr. Yazgan.

The third new award for ITEK is the Fair Oaks Mall project in Virginia which started on April 18, 2012.

“We’ll complete this in 6 weeks,” said a confident Yazgan, justifiably proud of his company’s proven track record of tough projects delivered on spec and on schedule.
