Spring with new projects in the Baltimore-
Washington metropolitan area.

It’s no accident that these new projects were
awarded to ITEK right after the company
finished its Annapolis Mall Panda Express
Restaurant interior renovation job in record
time: 8 days! In a world in which time is literally

The second new project ITEK tackled was rebuilding the Panda Express restaurant
in Hyattsville, Maryland. The assignment was completed and delivered right before
the end of last year in spite of the winter conditions.

“We’ve met the construction timetable of Panda Express by mobilizing all our
resources,” said ITEK’s energetic President Ozzie Yazgan. “We worked around the
clock to finish this project on time,” he added.

The third new project this year is the new construction at the George Mason
University (GMU) campus. “This is a very tough assignment for various reasons
but we’re up to it and we’ll deliver it on schedule and on budget, as usual,” said Mr.
Yazgan.

Fair Oaks Mall is the fourth new project. “We’ll complete this in 6 weeks,” said a
confident Yazgan, justifiably proud of his company’s proven track record of tough
projects delivered on spec and on schedule.

The fifth project the Panda Express Group has awarded ITEK with is in Richmond,
the state capital of Virginia. The project involves the ground-up construction of a
new building with extensive site work. Project will take 11 weeks to complete.
