Luggage Online partners with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 1, 2012 - When life gave her lemons, four-year old cancer patient Alexandra “Alex” Scott made lemonade- literally- and sold it to raise funds for pediatric cancer research.  She couldn’t have imagined that today, nearly 8 years after she passed away, her efforts would raise over $50 million and result in a nationwide fund-raising movement to find a cure for childhood cancer.

In honor of Alex’s mission, LuggageOnline.com, the premier online source for all your luggage and travel accessory needs, is once again partnering with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation-just in time for the 9th Annual Lemonade Days.  Lemonade Days is a national fundraising event, starting on June 8-10, where thousands of volunteers, both young and old, help put a squeeze on childhood cancer.

Customers who visit LuggageOnline.com will be encouraged to make an online donation.  Throughout June, LuggageOnline.com, in collaboration with High Sierra, will donate a portion of their High Sierra proceeds to the Foundation.
