PRLog - June 1, 2012 - GREAT YARMOUTH, U.K. -- Norfolk-based business Moores Message Boards are this year celebrating their 35th year in business.
Since starting up back in 1977, Moores have grown from strength to strength. Originally specialising in notice boards, they soon expanded their offering when they noticed that blackboards were one of their best-selling lines.
The company, originally trading as Moores of Stalham, has had its shares of ups and downs. But since being taken over and being renamed as Moores Message Boards in 2007, they have continued to thrive.
“We are thrilled to be celebrating our 35th year in business this year,” says Managing Director Shirley West. “We are proud to be a UK manufacturer supporting the local economy and delivering a high quality product and level of service to our customers.”
Moores Message Boards ensure that all of the timber used in the manufacture of their blackboards comes from environmentally sound forests in Europe as well as other parts of the world.
Back in 2005, Moores were the first to develop a magnetic notice board Sudoku puzzle which has proved hugely popular ever since. They have also had great success from the internet with their website getting over 10,000 visitors every month.
Moores have their base in Catfield on the Norfolk Broads and manufacture a large number of blackboards, whiteboards and noticeboards on site.
