The Colorado Barbecue Challenge kicks-off Thursday night, June 14 with live music from The Motet. Friday and Saturday will follow with plenty of family fun including, the Bacon Burner, a 5K run on Saturday, June 16th at 9:30 a.m., pig races, kids games, more live music and more than 60 barbecue teams offering their best barbecue fare.
