Johnson said litter and trash is something that can be controlled if everyone would make a conscious effort to appropriately dispose of their own trash.
Operation D2 Clean Street kicks off this Saturday, June 2, from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm, on the south corner of Penn and West Broadway Avenue in north Minneapolis.
