PRLog - May 31, 2012 - SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- It’s always interesting to learn why people choose what they do and how what they do helps others. The person interviewed today, David Gaunt of Grims Supply, told us this answer:
“When I first started using computers in the early 90's, I developed a passion for the way people can get so much information with a few keystrokes. When my first computer quit working, I had to find out why! Being an Auto Mechanic by trade, I said to myself, "I can fix this". The passion for finding out why computers stop working and how to fix them, had begun."
Working the insides of computers is a mystery to most and probably very frustrating at the least, what do you do to put people at ease?
“Our work stands out due to the fact that we share the process, and how it works, with our customers”.
What’s the most common question?
“I always tell them, a lot of time researching and a lot of mistakes. After All, we learn from our mistakes.”

What ways do you stay in touch with people who have used your services or might need you in the future?
Grims Supply started up a Facebook fanpage called Grims Supply at https://www.facebook.com/
What do you like most about your work?
David told us it is the troubleshooting and a successful outcome, “The challenges involved in making repairs and seeing the customer smile when we leave their home or business.”
Most people find it hard to choose the right person they can trust to handle issues such as virus and spyware removal, or setting up their wireless and wired networking, or home theater/media installation. What should people look for in hiring a professional?
“Personal and Professional service, no glitter or glamour. We let the power of quality speak for itself, and nowhere is that more evident than in our treatment of virus and malware infections. They can rob you of important information, turn your computer into bot, or zombie, working without your knowledge on behalf of a hacker or cracker. They can steal your personal information, including personally identifiable information such as birthdays, social security numbers, and bank account/ credit card information.
One of the tools Grims Supply uses in called LogMeIn, it allows David to connect, diagnose and solve computer problems remotely. This is a huge time saver and convenience for customers.
