Minneapolis Chamber begins accepting enrollments
for Minnesota Keystone program
MINNEAPOLIS, MAY 31, 2012—The Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce is now accepting enrollments for its 2012 Minnesota Keystone program, which recognizes businesses that donate at least 2 percent of their pre-tax earnings to the community.
Any business with an operating presence in Minnesota qualifies. Company contributions to
501(c) 3 organizations may include a combination of monetary contributions, donations of products or services, or employee volunteering. Upon enrolling, companies select whether they donate the minimum of 2 percent of pre-taxed income or if they reach the Keystone’s 5 percent mark.
Participating companies are honored and recognized as leaders within the business community. The company will have its name listed on the Keystone website and published in the Business Journal as well as other local newspapers. Participants are also recognized at the annual Keystone luncheon.
Applications are due Tuesday, July 31 and registration is free. The Chamber asks that companies please re-enroll each year to ensure that information is up to date. For more information or to enroll in the Minnesota Keystone program, visit www.minneapolischamber.org/
