"If your hospital based medical group hasn't already been approached by a hospital in connection with participating in an ACO," Weiss said, "it's highly likely that you will be approached in the very near future."
"Although the issues are complex for any physician, there are particularly challenging issues, impacting both group structure and financial concerns, for hospital based medical groups in respect of ACO participation."
