Business Process Management Strategies in a Mobile and Decentralized Environment
Video Interview is available at: http://www.biztechreports.com/
The rapid proliferation of new mobility tools, wireless networks and decentralized organizational structures are causing a growing number of enterprise strategists to completely re-evaluate the way they design, manage and upgrade business processes. One of the truisms that is emerging is that because critical elements in the market are constantly changing, a much more dynamic and transparent approach to Business Process Management must replace traditional, static models. In this interview with Matthew Calkins, CEO and Chairman of Appian, we explore how mobility is changing the way organizations develop and execute enterprise transformation initiatives.
