We now have 10 cleaners certified in bloodbourne pathogen training which means they are ttrained to handle cleaning of isolation rooms. By using separate mops and 1:100 bleach solution they are able to completely disinfect isolation rooms in which patients have infectious diseases. The use of gloves, disposable gowns and eye protection keeps them safe from any contamination.
