PRLog - May 30, 2012 - My911, Inc. (http://www.my-911.com) has announced that they have partnered with Bold Technologies (http://www.boldgroup.com), a move that opens up the estimated $34.34 billion electronic security industry with new mobile alarm services.  My911 has agreed to brand a version of their leading application, My911, for Bold as BoldSOS .

My911 is a leading application that is offered for both smartphones and standard feature phones alike.  Whether the customer is on the road (car, motorcycle, bike, etc.), jogging, hiking, on the water, exploring the world, or simply at home or in the office they will always be protected and only a touch away from emergency services.

Colorado Springs, Colorado-based Bold Technologies is a leading provider of central station and Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) Software. The award winning Manitou solution is deployed in small to enterprise sized monitoring operations and control centers worldwide.

Security companies will now have the ability to take alarm systems mobile and seamlessly bring all of the BoldSOS application and services to their customers.

Features of BoldSOS, which is powered by My911, include:
* Accident and Impact Management (patent pending) - with direct communication feeds to monitoring operations and control centers worldwide,
* Airbag Deployment Monitoring and Notification (patent pending)  - with direct communication feeds to monitoring operations and control centers worldwide,
* International and National SOS - with direct communication feeds to monitoring operations and control centers worldwide,
* Vehicle on-board Diagnostics (OBD),
* High Crime Area Alerts,
* Team and Individual GPS tracking from the phone,
* Cyber Alert Notification Management,
* Personal Location Notification,
* Homeland and Travel Status Notification,
* Traffic Alerts,
* Roadside Assistance,
* Weather Alerts,
* Extensive Online Tracking Management Portal (LBS) that will allow geo-fencing, trip reporting, speed reporting, incident tracking and reporting.

Individuals, families and companies will benefit from both patent pending features - Impact monitoring from your Smartphone and Airbag Deployment through on-board diagnostics (OBD) to the cell phone, where the application monitors whether you have been in an accident/impact or not. Should you be in an accident, the application automatically reaches out to the monitoring operation, providing detailed information specific to the event and location.

Larry Hurwitz, CEO of My911, Inc. stated “We would be hard pressed to find a better complement to our corporate mission. This relationship truly endorses My911’s position and ability of being a pre and post emergency delivery platform, and not just an application!”.

By partnering with My911, Bold Technologies will be able to put its own fingerprint on the software and take advantage of the company’s relationships within the security industry. BoldSOS, which only works with monitoring operations using Manitou, opens up huge opportunities by bringing new services and revenues outside of the current alarm monitoring sphere. For security directors, it means providing additional protection for their companies. For consumers, it means combining the security they have at home or work with the technology that they already have at their fingertips no matter where they are.

“Bold has a vision for the future and will continue to lead the industry with innovative technology. We feel this is a great enhancement which complements our existing product line perfectly,” commented Rod Coles, president and CEO of Bold Technologies. “My911 have been very reactive to our needs and we feel they will be a great partner to work with going forward, we are all very excited about the prospects for this new product within our industry”.

BoldSOS will be debuted at ESX, a major, national trade event focused on the needs of installation, integration and monitoring companies, which will be held June 25-29, 2012 in Nashville, Tenn. BoldSOS will be available through all monitoring operations and control centers worldwide supporting the Bold Technologies Manitou solution.
