While generating documents, the FLEXform Host Software collaborates with the Document Portal to determine whether recipients should receive paper or digital documents along with the delivery method defined in their enrollment preferences. When documents contain confidential information, you can protect the digital documents by requiring recipients to assign a password of their choosing.
Finding and reproducing a document is easy using the Document Portal. As documents are generated, they are added to the Document Portal's archive. Document managers can retrieve documents based on content. Managers can print or instantly create a digital document for viewing or emailing. The document archive saves you money and frees up valuable resources by eliminating the time consuming manual processing traditionally required when filing or retrieving paper copies.
The FLEXform Document Portal has all the tools you and your recipients need. Starting in the Administration Module, you'll find all the system settings, campaign tools, and document search and reproduction tasks needed to configure your processes and create your campaigns. Then the Document Recipient Module makes it easy for your recipients to enroll in digital document campaigns, modify their user settings, and then collect documents from their Document Portal mailboxes.
The FLEXform Document Portal is a browser-based system compatible with Linux, Windows, and UNIX system servers. It utilizes PHP, a MySQL database, and a web server such as Apache. Digital documents are rendered in PDF format, which requires a PDF viewer that supports PDF version 1.4 (Acrobat 5x or later).
