DocuSphere® Achieves Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle E-Business Suite R12

May 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Image Integration Systems, a Gold level member of the Oracle® PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of DocuSphere 4.3 with Oracle E-Business Suite R12. DocuSphere integrates with Oracle E-Business Suite to provide a user-defined workflow of transactional processes and performance metrics. Documents (images) can be automatically indexed as part of the Oracle E-Business Suite application process to ensure accuracy and eliminate duplicate entry.

To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers.
 
The integration of DocuSphere 4.3 with Oracle E-Business Suite 12 provides customers with a flexible, user-defined, powerful end-to-end accounts payable workflow process.

Features include invoice metadata capture (scanning/OCR), validation, approval, and automation of invoice transactions into Oracle E-Business Suite. Outside of the workflow process in DocuSphere, Oracle E-Business Suite users can have direct and immediate access to all pertinent business documents with no new interfaces to learn.
