Between June 4 – 8, five donated PODS® containers will store tools, wood and other supplies as local homebuilding professionals work alongside Memphis Habitat volunteers to build five homes in Memphis Habitat’s Trinity Park development. The five homes will complete the development’

Habitat’s Home Builders Blitz is a partnership between Habitat affiliates and the building community to build and renovate homes across the country. Builders and Habitat affiliates work closely together to organize all aspects of building, including securing subcontractors and suppliers, fundraising and seeking donations of materials. The nationwide project will include over 80 Habitat affiliates and seeks to build and renovate more than 200 homes, including 63 in Tennessee. Memphis Habitat is building 10 homes as part of Home Builders Blitz, the last of five of which will be constructed June 4 – 8.
