The award was presented to Ashton Woods Homes Austin/Killeen Sales Manager Alfred Gutierrez, at the Central Texas Homebuilder’s Association’s Parade of Homes Awards Banquet at the HBA banquet hall in Killeen, TX, on May 11.

The award banquet was part of the overall 47th annual Central Texas Homebuilder’s Association’s Parade of Homes. This is a spectacular event wherein homebuilders of the Killeen/Fort Hood area showcase the finest craftsmanship they have to offer. This year’s entries represented the widest range of style, technique, creativity, and price range, promising something for everyone. In addition to each entry being judged by industry and community professionals, there were two full weekends that the general public had to enjoy these new homes on display.
