Continent Hotels & Resorts Changes Identity by Acquiring with Four New Brands

May 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Continent Hotels & Resorts Ltd. today announced it will acquire Ramses Progressio Planungs GmbH. (Germany) to develop new two “Light Franchise” brands.named “Urban Hotel Collection” and “Swiss Inns” and enters into an exclusive agreement with G Charlton Hotels & Resorts Management Ltd. (Malaysia) to represent Globally Franchise Sales of existing G Charlton Brand. Lately Continent Hotels & Resorts Ltd. also announced the development of new Turkish “100% pure franchise Ancyra Inns & Hotels” brand.

By developing all total five brands includes its own Continent Hotels brand, the company slightly changes the identity to “Continent Worldwide Hospitality brand franchiser” from “Continent Hotels & Resorts Ltd.” and now has in its portfolio mid scale to comfortable extended-stay suites and affordable focused-service hotels and one affordable "consortia" membership brand.

“Ancyra Inns & Hotels and Urban Collection Hotels are new owner friendly hotel brands with unbeatable fee structures” said Mr. Zagikyan – Managing Director of Continent Worldwide and added “Already one new development agreement signed for Ancyra Brand in Bangladesh and for Urban Collection will be signed very shortly in Indonesia.”

Mr. Zagikyan also gave some hints with following words “We are very keen to introduce our brands all over the world. We are having negotiations with well known Indian Hospitality Company to re brand their current hotels to our mid scale hotel brands and with this strong partnership we will be presented in South East Asia and India more than 120 cities with all our five brands. We also recently entered into Master License and representative agreement with the Cubarama Srl. under the guidance of Mr. Piero de Marchi to develop Hotels and Resorts in Latin America.”

Mr. Abrar Faisal; previous Regional Director of Bangladesh who recently promoted to the position of Vise President of Franchise Developments – South Asia “ We have just in Bangladesh six Continent, one Ancyra branded developments and five G Charlton, two Ancyra and one more Continent development agreements are in negotiation stage and we believe very soon we will announce those new developments” and added “ Continent Worldwide; fill the gap in Asian market with its unique brands available for every segments and flexible fee structure.
