The Event will be hosted by Peggy Tatum of TCP Magazine. Pre- Show guest appearances by Chris and Shawna, 2012 Noble Peace Prize Award Finalist, the supremely accomplished consummate artist Rozyln Sorrell, the very talented Vocalist, Writer and Producer Michael Buie and other selected talented ticket holders. Synopsis The First Lady, a new gospel musical, written and directed with original music by AUDELCO award winner Lawrence Floyd. The gospel stage play is about the Preacher’s Wives. The play is set in On Solid Rock, a small storefront church in a small town until three new members join. The First Lady is a story of infidelity, secrets, revelations and healing as the members strive to adapt to a changing world and hold on to their church in the face of adversity and scandal. This powerful, inspiring play with music features, Taimak, “Bruce Leroy” from the cult classic movie, The Last Dragon, Ashley Nicole Jeffrey, Gossip Girl, Law & Order, Amber A. Harris, Ken Alston Jr., Czech Philharmonic, Charleston Symphony, Michael Alexis Palmer, All My Children, Law & Order SVU, Neil Dawson (AUDELCO Award Winner) and rising star Cedrina S. Baugh who has performed with Donnie McClurkin and Cece Winans and Ashley Marshell an aspiring R&B singer from N.C. Formerly her company was known as Ambiance Productions Entertainment Company. This company was also responsible for creating the modeling troupe on the campus of St. Augustine's College campus which also started a trend with area troupes getting involved in community projects. Ms. Smith formerly known as Ms. Bodie has regrouped and is now Ambiance Productions World Inc. and has been quietly preparing to launch a few projects for the Community in conjunction with many prominent people in the Capital City. She has recruited help from very dedicated individuals in the triangle namely Ms. Hopson and Ms. Faison. The corporation plans on making a difference in the Triangle this upcoming year beginning with their collaboration with people like Larry Floyd and Marilyn Bryant-Tucker of MBT Marketing Solutions. The plan is to bring positive entertainment and opportunities for Entertainment, Networking, Esteem Building, Inspiration, Community Development, and Violence Intervention for young adults and so much more.
