Mvestor Media is an internet marketing company that specializes in achieving clients' rankings in organic search engines e.g. Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Company and scholarship founder Ian Rogers started the program to help students who are pursuing their education. The Search Scholarship of Las Vegas is open to students who meet the following requirements:
-Are ages 15 to 24.
-Are a full time student at a high school, college, or university (trade schools and 2-year colleges are accepted). -Reside in the United States The scholarship will be awarded to one new student on an annual basis. The scholarship application also requires a short response related to internet search and education with a maximum of 5000 characters. The deadline for students to apply is December 15th, 2012 at 11:59 PM PST. The award this year is in the amount of $500. Rogers hopes to increase the amount of the scholarship annually.
