Craig Jones Joins MBK Homes as Vice President, Multifamily Acquisitions

As a foremost expert in apartment acquisition, asset management, strategic planning and market research efforts, Jones will focus on developing an apartment investment strategy, sourcing and acquiring land for the development of multifamily rental communities, and searching for existing value-add apartment opportunities, targeting a five county region throughout Southern California. This new position is part of MBK Homes’ overall expansion in addition to for-sale housing and into other residential sectors such as REOs, apartments and rentals, which provides new opportunities for long-term sustainability and growth.

Jones is a real estate professional with over 14 years experience. Prior to joining MBK Homes, Jones spent 11 years at The Irvine Company most recently as the Senior Director of Apartment Acquisitions & Asset Management.
