McAlister’s Deli Launches Fundraiser to Benefit Make-A-Wish® Alabama

PRLog (Press Release) - May 24, 2012 - Birmingham, AL – Beginning June 1, 2012, several McAlister’s Deli locations will partner with Make-A-Wish® Alabama to help the wishes of local children suffering from life-threatening medical conditions come true.  Patrons visiting certain McAlister’s Delis throughout the month of June will have the ability to purchase Make-A-Wish Stars to support the local charity.  The stars will be displayed in the windows of the restaurants and all proceeds will be donated to Make-A-Wish®.

Make-A-Wish® Alabama has been granting wishes locally since 1995.  “With nearly 200 pending wishes in Alabama, we are so excited to have local partners join us in helping children with life-threatening medical conditions have their most heartfelt wishes come true,” says Nora Banks, the Alabama Coordinator of External Events.
