May 24, 2012 - Always Home Homecare is happy to announce they have launched a transportation division to their homecare service. For many seniors, it isn’t enough to just get from point A to point B. Always Home Transportation service goes the extra step by assisting individuals from their home into the vehicle, driving them, and going in with them at their destination to ensure they get where they need to go. For those who require assistance or want the companionship for the entire outing, Always Home Homecare is able to assist with this, as well. Transportation service is provided for appointments, doctor’s visits, errands, social outings, and other needs as may arise.
Transportation service is provided throughout HRM, broken down into districts. Customers are not charged on a per kilometer rate, as with taxi companies, or on an hourly rate. Flat rates are provided for transportation within the same district, to an adjoining district, or through more than two districts. This eliminates any confusion on prices and allows customers to get out and take care of what they need to.
