Ryan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also an Incorporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb). His career began with Alfred McAlpine Civil Engineering and he is currently studying for an MSc in Construction Law.

Background
Bennington Green was established in 1992 by Damon Green.
In August 2005, the company was acquired by Nigel Soloman, a Chartered Engineer, and Keith Kirkwood, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Bennington Green Ltd was created.
Damon Green continues to provide consultancy services to the business and remains one of the leading Chartered Building Surveyors in the area.
The business now has a new dynamic approach which has helped them through the recession. Despite the economic climate, Bennington Green continues to grow with new services continually being developed to reflect the changes in the marketplace.
