Our customers now receive their invoices via a portal and have the ability to review, search, file, query and interrogate their invoices electronically.
This solution saves us five man days per week and will save us tens of thousands of euros per year in paper and postage. We plan to use this system further in subsequent phases to provide a central repository for all of our correspondence with our customers and ultimately eliminate the need for any hard copy correspondence"

“A second supplier is now piloting the service with almost 200 customers and the service is ready for widespread adoption” says Halpin.
