Toll Brothers has received site plan approval from the Town of Newtown for a new mix of single-level condominiums and townhomes with first-floor master suites in this new active-adult community for those 55 and better. All of the homes, including the condominiums, will have private attached garages. All of the home designs will have 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and select designs will also offer a powder room and a study or den. Each will feature hardwood floors, granite countertops, extensive trim work, and other high-end materials. Prices will start in the low $300,000s, and multiple floorplans will be offered.
