White House Band’s “Renaissance” Gets Rave Reviews, Announces NYC Show

May 22, 2012 - PRLog -- White House Band’s mixtape “Renaissance” was successfully released
on May 15th, 2012, receiving close to 4,000 hits in 1 day. The project  recorded by David E Beats ,a one-man band, which fuses elements of rap and rock has also  been receiving rave reviews in the press. The Deli Magazine states: “He manifests his swagger with elegance and practiced technique. Altogether there can be no dispute that the “Renaissance Mixtape” is of museum-quality’; while the blog Beats and Ball rated the mixtape 7.5 out of 10 and shared: “There isn’t a weak track on the entire tape, and the quality beats and above average lyricism guarantee a good listen for any hip-hop fan if they are willing to give it a chance.”

The White House Band [WHB for short] is an urban rock project by David E Beats. David E Beats is the vocalist/songwriter/producer and only official member of WHB. He plays guitar and raps simultaneously, rapping like a young Jay-Z and playing guitar like Jimi Hendrix. Sometimes he may hire a band to tour with but there are times he will tour solo. Live he utilizes light shows and fog for effect. On the heels of a promotional series titled “White House Band Weekly” where a new track leaked intermittently since December  2011, White House Band has also opened sets for the likes of Slum Village, Das Racist and Action Bronson to name a few. David E Beats most recently, secured a beat featured on the Lana Del Ray x Notorious B.I.G. Born Ready to Die mixtape by Terry Urban and Mick Boogie.
