This beautiful classic European Villa is characterized by the unique hip roof lines. The front entrance is defined by an elegant turn around driveway that links the one-half story canopied entrance with a recessed elegant 8’ high foot door. The front canopy is accented by a brick and stucco exterior finish that welcomes you to this grand European Villa. The Amber Plan welcomes you through a two story foyer that opens directly pass an open stair into the central family room. On the left of the foyer, there is a formal living room that is accessed by an trimmed arched-cased opening. The exterior front wall of the living room is defined by a turret with 3 true radius windows that flood the living room with natural light and spectacular views of the front of the house. To the right of the foyer is a dramatic spacious open dining room (14’ wide by 14’ deep) that is framed with trimmed cased openings.
The AMBER Plan’s central family room has a rear bow wall that has floor to ceiling windows that provide spectacular views to the backyard. The family room is a great place for entertaining friends and family with a two story fireplace flanked by an entertainment center on either side. The spacious family room has a double tray ceiling. A deck or patio is accessed by French doors from the family room and the breakfast room.
The open contemporary kitchen measuring 14’-4” wide by 18’-3” deep has an island counter with a range and this raised counter bar (adjacent to the family room) that allows for sitting at the island counter for informal dining. The breakfast room has a bay window with a picture window in the center that provides excellent views to the back of the house.
The AMBER Plan has a very spacious master bedroom located on the main floor. A unique feature of the master bedroom is the sitting room with its bay windows and a 5 feet wide central picture window that gives dramatic views to the rear of the house( where there could views to a lake or golf course). The spacious master bathroom is very lavish and open and has a central tub and large glass enclosed shower. Separate vanities sinks and counters are provided for his and hers! At the front of the master bathroom is a very large His and Hers walk in open custom made closet.
On the opposite side of the first floor is a guest bedroom or in-law suite (for grandparents or relatives) or study connected to a bath/powder room. A spacious laundry allows for efficient laundry functions for the family. The AMBER Plan has a 3 car garage that has three 8 feet wide garage doors.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and a loft teen study area. Each bedroom room has its own bathroom while the other the third bonus room has the capacity to have its own bathroom.
The AMBER Plan’s front elevation is a European design with the use of brick and stucco accents as its exterior wall finish materials. Like in most of our new plans, we have added an I-pod, I-pad and I-phone charging station/rack for the whole family in the desk area of the kitchen. A finished basement plan is available that consists of a theater room, recreation area, game lounge, exercise room, guest bedroom, office, bathrooms, outdoor lanai area and patio.
