Miss South Carolina United States 2012 Visits Palmetto Children's Hospital

May 21, 2012 - PRLog -- Chelsea Rae Gregory, the reigning Miss South Carolina United States 2012, visited Palmetto Health Children's Hospital in Columbia, SC today.  Miss Teen South Carolina United States 2012, Micaela Campbell, also made the visit.

The queens packed up nail polishes, polish remover, and cotton balls in order to provide a "spa day" for the little girls who were current patients in the hospital.  A bag of new polish was donated by Mary Kay Consultant, Nadine Marino for the visit.

Once the girls were done painting fingers and toes, they spent the rest of their time reading to the little girls on the third floor.  

Chelsea has made her platform about helping children with life threatening illnesses and is a Goodwill Ambassador for The Sandbox, a non-profit in Charlotte, NC who each year hosts a Prom for pediatric patients of such illnesses.
