Driver’s Jeff Bara, project manager. “We will oversee the project until its completion, while working closely with RTK Architects to ensure a smooth delivery of their vision.” The facility, which has been conceptually designed and is currently in the schematic design phase, will utilize a type-2 structural steel space frame with CMU shear walls. The building’s exterior will be glass and block and new solar panels will be installed on the roof to keep the electrical costs low and add to the building’s sustainable features, which will adhere to the California Green Building Standards Code (CALGreen).
