Local singer songwriter Dan May will perform an acoustic set of selected songs from the book beginning at 7:30pm. Admission is free and the public is welcome.

About the Book:
"Dancing in My Underwear; The Soundtrack of My Life" combines autobiographical elements, how the music itself connected to the author’s life, and the journalistic experiences of interviewing – and oftentimes meeting – those artists who made what became special music to the author. The book includes stories and interviews of some of the greatest names in rock & roll, including The Beach Boys, Hall & Oates, The Doobie Brothers, America, The Monkees, KISS and more.

Copies can be purchased at the event or through Amazon.com at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1622490053. The Dancing in My Underwear; The Soundtrack of My Life website can be found at http://www.edupublisher.com/Soundtrack.

About the Author:
Mike Morsch is the Executive Editor of Montgomery Media, Publisher of the Ambler Gazette and Author of the award-winning column “Outta Leftfield.” Mike Morsch is a 36-year veteran of the newspaper business, the past nine of which have been as executive editor of Montgomery Media in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

About Dan May:
While studying music composition in college, he inadvertently stumbled upon an opera career that would see him singing with opera companies across the United States as well as Canada, and leaving a promising future as a songwriter behind. Cut to 15 years later, and after a vocal chord surgery that left him no longer able to meet the demands of opera, Dan returned to doing what he does best; writing and performing his own songs.

Since his crossover from classical to popular music, Dan has hit the ground running. With three critically acclaimed albums already under his belt, his latest release, Dying Breed, has quickly become his most successful project to date.
