There are a lot of extra features that would usually have a large price tag attached to them, that come as standard in the Mazda CX-7 including heated leather seats, satellite navigation, reversing camera and the blind spot monitoring system. I have always been terrible at parking and so the idea of a reversing camera appealed to me a lot. I tested it out on the forecourt of RRG Mazda, where I bought the vehicle, and I could not believe how easy it was. The manager of RRG Mazda even congratulated me on a perfect parallel park.
The materials inside the CX-7 are smart and have proved to be very hard wearing. There is a high quality Bose sound system built into the car which produces very clear and crisp sound. The gear change can trick you into thinking that you are driving a far more expensive and valuable car due to the speed and ease of changing gears.
For a crossover there is very little body roll when you go round corners and it has a very sharp throttle response. It has a nice comfortable ride and you are given the sense that it is tough and well-built when you drive it around.
One of the things that I asked about at RRG Mazda was how economical the CX-7 was and he assured me that I could drive it 40 miles for every gallon of fuel that I put in it, which is very reasonable for a modern car. Since purchasing my CX-7, I have been impressed in every way expected!
