Focus doubled its engineers staff in 2011: a year of revolution, a year of great achievements

May 21, 2012 - PRLog -- 2011 has been an exceptional year for Focus, one of the most dynamic IT nearshore services providers for Europe and the MENA region. Based in Tunisia, the outsourcing software services company has fulfilled several achievements in this year of revolution in the North-African country: a growth of more than 50% in revenue, a doubling of its engineers’ number and the inauguration of its new 4000 m2 headquarters in the extension area of the Elgazela Technoparc in Tunis.

Consolidation of the partnership with SAP and Continental and new partnership with Parrot:

The growth of Focus is driven by the consolidation of its partnership with leading international suppliers such as SAP in ERP and Business Intelligence Solutions, Continental in automotive electronics and mechatronics and Nokia Siemens in telecommunication software solutions.  
Focus expertise in software engineering, testing and validation has convinced Parrot, a global leader in wireless devices for mobile phones, to start a partnership in 2011 with Focus in testing and validation activities.

2012 objectives: Continue to grow and confirm the commitment to quality

As the number of the technical team reached 220 members in April 2012, the objective of 250 engineers set by Focus for 2012 will be accomplished or even exceeded.  The growth of the company will be sustained by strengthening the quality policy of Focus through the projects of CMMi L3 reassessment and investment on ISO27001 certification. This commitment to quality is Focus’s guarantee to deliver high quality services to its clients and partners.
