Last Thusday the client's representative came to visit the company for the inspection of the running test for such machine and it turned out the machine works perfectly,and the finished profiles it produced are exacty the same as required by the customer.

In compliance with our client's requirements that 2 different profiles shall be produced on one machine without changing anything, we developed a 2-in-1 cold roll forming machine.This cold roll forming machine consists of 1 uncoiler,1 motor,1 control box and 1 hydraulic station,but 2 rows of roll forming machine rollers and 2 cutting units. Sharing a connection shaft, these 2 rows of roll forming machine rollers are well assembled on "H" beam steel welded basement, so the running of 1 side roller won't impose any influence to the other side
